Managing Principal Leslie Teskey began her commercial real estate career with Cresa in 2008. Throughout her career she has provided strategic real estate solutions to ensure that her clients’ business, operational and financial objectives are met. Leslie grew up in the Indianapolis area, is a graduate of Carmel High School and The University of Dayton. Prior to working for Cresa, she worked in finance for Chase Bank. In her free time, Leslie is an avid distance runner and loves spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and their rescue dogs.

Tim O’Brien, a Managing Principal at Cresa Indianapolis, has been a tenant-focused commercial real estate broker for over 25 years. He is an Indianapolis native and graduated from Bishop Chatard High School and the University of Notre Dame. He worked at CBRE, Resource, and Colliers prior to founding his own tenant representation firm, O’Brien Commercial, which he subsequently merged into Cresa Indianapolis. Tim is married with three children, enjoys golf, skiing, and is a recent pickleball addict.

Jim has accumulated a tremendous depth and breadth of experience, having handled virtually every type of real estate transaction and project. From the process of site selection, planning, permitting, estimating, financing, construction, leasing, and management, to the sale of the stabilized investment, there has always been attention to the principle of value creation. Bringing this experience into play, Jim now focuses all his attention on representing the interest of his corporate clients. Additionally, Jim was co-founder of the Supply Chain Practice Group within Cresa and sits on the International Committee. Jim spends much of his free time golfing or with his dog Remi. Jim and his wife, Florence are the proud parents of three grown children and six grandchildren.
